How to track my order?

To track your order you have to login you account with your e-mail and password. In case you have lost your password, you can click “Forgot my password” below the login boxes and it will be sent to your registered e-mail. Then you will see all your “Order History” where your past orders will be displayed. Click on an order and you will find the tracking number with a link to see the tracking information.

Do you accept returns?

You have 15 days to return your product(s) from the day of delivery of your order. Product(s) must be returned in original conditions and original packaging. Samples are not returnable. The process is detailed in the Returns section of the Shipping & Returns page.   


How can I return an item received as a gift?

If you want to return a product you received as a gift, please follow the process described above. Note that only the credit card of the payee will be refunded. We will only be able to accept returns for items purchased on this website; items purchased in-store are not returnable via this website.

Are my personal details safe?

User details (name, address, phone, etc) are stored on our website’s server and used only to process your payment and fulfill your order (utilizing third party payment processing and logistics software).

Clients have the right to access, modify and delete their details either by sending a request to info@maisonduquesne.com or modifying their information directly online.

How to modify my profile?

To modify your profile, you need to log into your account on “Sign In” with your e-mail and password saved at account creation. In the case you have lost your password, you may send your password to your registered e-mail address by clicking on “forget your password” below the password entry box. Once logged in, click on “Account Information”, you will find all information editable about your account.

You may proceed like “How to modify my profile” above and just modify your password. Make sure you enter your password twice in “New Password” and “Confirm New Password”.
