All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will usually ship the following business day (Monday). Most standard orders are received within 2 to 5 business days of when the order ships. Unless requested otherwise, a signature will be required upon delivery of the package. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
o What are the shipping price ?
The prices are displayed in your shopping bag based on your country of delivery and your order amount. The standard delivery is free in United State for orders of 100$ or more.

o How to track my order ?
To track your order you have to “Sign In” with your e-mail and password. In case you have lost your password, you can click “Forgot mypassword” below the login boxes and it will be sent to your registered e-mail.
Then you will see all your “Order History” where your past orders will be displayed. Click on an order and you will find the tracking number with a link to see the tracking information.
We hope you will be completely satisfied with every product purchased from our website. If you wish to return all or part of your order, please fill out the form below in order to guarantee an efficient return process and refund. We accept only returns for orders placed on www.aedesdevenustas.com
o TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS :
Return timeline:You have 15 days to return your product(s) from the day of delivery of your order. Samples are not returnable.
Product condition:Product(s) must be returned in original conditions and original packaging.
Return Shipping:You must return products using a shipping service with tracking. The return shipping costs are paid by client and not refundable, we do not accept any shipment with payment by recipient. If it is proven that the product(s) had a defect or delivered with a picking error, we will refund a fixed amount for return shipment of $10 for shipment from the USA, or $20 for shipment from other countries. Any risks of return shipment prior to delivery at our warehouse are at client risk.

Refund: Upon receipt of your product, we will process your return and an e-mail confirmation will be sent with details of your refund. You will be refunded within maximum 30 days. If your order was a gift, only the credit card of the payee will be refunded.
